FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you provide full material traceability?
Yes. For every medical order we provide a mill certificate (EN 10204 3.1), CMM inspection report, and passivation certificate. Lot numbers are stamped or laser-marked on packaging for full traceability from raw stock to finished part.
Do you work in a clean environment?
Parts are machined in our standard CNC environment, then cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaning station and packed in clean-room-grade bags. For Class II / III implants or sterile-packed products, we work with ISO 13485-certified partner facilities.
What about confidential designs?
We sign NDAs before any drawings are exchanged. We routinely work under NDA with medical startups and OEMs. Files are stored on secure servers and deleted on request after the program closes.
