One supplier for your whole program
Most OEM programs do not need one part — they need a supplier that can take a component from first article through to monthly production without re-qualifying a new shop. We run milling, turning, 5-axis, prototyping and low-volume production in one Shenzhen workshop under a single quality system, so the fixture and DFM feedback proven at prototype carry straight into the run.
We hold the common engineering materials — aluminum, stainless and alloy steel, titanium, brass, copper and engineering plastics — and machine to ±0.01 mm on critical features, measured on a CMM and reported against your drawing. An NDA is signed before any file exchange, and designs are never reused or shared.

Standard CNC Tolerances (ISO 2768-m)
General tolerances for CNC-machined metal and plastic parts, per ISO 2768-m (medium class) — the default most shops quote unless a drawing specifies otherwise. Critical features are held tighter, to ±0.01 mm, and measured on a CMM against your drawing.
