CNC Machining Supplier & Manufacturer for OEM Programs
One supplier for every precision process your program needs — milling, turning, 5-axis, prototyping and low-volume production — made in our own Shenzhen workshop and inspected under a single quality system.
What kind of CNC machining supplier are we
We are a manufacturing supplier, not a trading company. The parts you order are machined on our own equipment in Shenzhen, then measured on our CMM and shipped under one quality system — you work directly with the shop that makes the parts, not a reseller layering margin and risk between you and the floor.
- CNC milling — 3-axis, 4-axis and simultaneous 5-axis for housings, brackets, manifolds and contoured surfaces
- CNC turning — 2-axis lathes, live tooling and mill-turn for shafts, bushings and threaded parts
- 5-axis machining — complex geometries and compound angles in a single setup
- CNC prototyping — real-material prototypes, 3–7 day lead, no MOQ
- Low-volume production — 100–10,000 pieces per month with batch-to-batch consistency
Why buyers choose an integrated supplier
A single supplier that owns prototyping and production removes the hand-off risk between a prototype shop and a production shop. The fixture and DFM feedback you qualify at first article carry straight into the run, so the part that worked in ten pieces works the same in ten thousand.
- One quality system. Same inspection, same certificates, same documentation from first article to recurring batch.
- IP protection by default. NDA before file exchange; designs are never reused or shared.
- One point of contact. A dedicated engineer follows the part from quote through production, so context is not lost between stages.
- Flexible volume. Move from a one-off prototype to stable monthly production without re-qualifying a new shop.
Materials and tolerances we hold
We stock and machine the full range your program is likely to need: aluminum (6061, 7075 and more), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH), mild and alloy steel, titanium, brass, copper and engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, nylon). Certified mill stock is available on request, with material certificates supplied with the parts.
- Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm (per ISO 2768-m)
- Precision tolerance ±0.01 mm on critical bores, seats and datums
- Surface finish down to Ra 0.8 µm on bearing and sliding surfaces
- Anodizing, passivation, hard-coat and other finishes handled in-house or through vetted partners

How we protect your design
Every project starts with an NDA, and customer designs are never reused, resold or shown to third parties. Our instant quote tool parses your drawing in your own browser, so the file never leaves your device during quoting — you can get a reference price before you ever send us anything.
Industries we supply
We machine for automotive, aerospace and defense, medical, robotics, factory automation and electronics enclosures — anywhere tight tolerance and documented quality decide whether a part is fit for service.
From prototype to production
The path is the same for every program: send drawings → engineer quote within 24 hours → DFM feedback before cutting → first article with CMM data → approved, then recurring production on the locked program and fixture. For OEM and contract programs we support kanban and call-off schedules so recurring runs arrive when your line needs them.
