Why is the form required?

The form helps us gather all specifications clearly so we can give you an accurate quotation quickly — without 5 rounds of back-and-forth emails.

Is the quote really free? Any hidden fees?

Yes, quoting is completely free with no obligation. Tooling costs (if any) are listed as separate line items — never hidden inside unit prices.

What if I don't have drawings yet?

Select "I need help creating drawings" in the form. Send us a sketch, sample part or description — our engineers will quote the drawing work first.

Which shipping terms do you support?

DHL/FedEx express for samples, air and sea freight for volume orders. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms all available.

How much does CNC machining cost?

It varies with material, geometry, tolerance and order size. Share your drawing for a quoted price; we work on EXW or DDP terms.

What is the typical lead time for CNC parts?

Prototypes are usually a few days; production runs are typically 1-2 weeks after confirmation, depending on quantity and process.

What tolerances can you hold?

A general machined tolerance is about +/-0.1 mm, with ISO 286 IT7 common and tighter grades available on request.

Which materials do you machine?

Aluminium, stainless and carbon steel, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics such as ABS, POM and PEEK.

Do you provide inspection reports and material certificates?

First-article and final inspection reports, plus material certificates, are available on request with your order.
